Favorite Pregnancy Books + 16 Weeks Pregnant!




Alright!! Back with another update and this one on time!! In this video I talked about the books I'm reading currently through my pregnancy. Not sure if I will get more but so far these are my must haves listed below:


1. What To Expect When You're Expecting: Definitely a great book to have for reference. It's got so much information I look at it like a little pregnancy encyclopedia!


2. Becoming Mama: Absolute MUST HAVE. I would choose this over What To Expect, because it just seems way more gentle and conscious. I found at my birthing center and was so drawn to it. I love the language and way its written and I swear it has everything in it you need to know. Total encyclopedia.


3. Holistic Hypnobirthing: I LOVE THIS BOOK! So many great exercises, and mindful practices, even partner work, yoga poses, aromatherapy. Great ways to prepare for birth.


4. What To Eat When You're Pregnant: I love how it has so many recipes and has a food of the week with a week by week food guide. Plus everything you need to know about eating consciously while pregnant!


5. The Pregnant Goddess: For my pagan practicing and other witchy mamas, and those who love to ritual, you will LOVE this book. It's got so many great rituals and insights on magical birthing. MUST HAVE.


6. The First Time Mom's Pregnant Journal: Loving all the journal prompts and space there is to write. It's such a great book and asks questions I wouldn't have thought of writing on my own. And you can put photos in as well!
