Berry BeYoutiful Beauty Smoothie

I made this the other day and it's perfect for summer!

I've been leaning towards only warm foods lately per recommendation of my acupuncturist, eastern medicine and also for postpartum recovery, however you can still have a smoothie and let sit for a bit until it gets to room temperature. It's also a great summer treat. I say summer is for smoothies! A perfect healthy dessert, or a cooling meal replacement.


This one is loaded in antioxidants in the dark berries, which is essential for your skin, nails and hair, and the banana at room temperature gives it just the creaminess you need. Mango has tons of antioxidants and vitamins as well. I love the brand Ancient Nutrition and used the Multi Collagen Protein powder in Vanilla. You can use 1 or 2 scoops. You get 9 grams of protein per each scoop so I added 2 for more protein! Great source of collagen to keep your youth!
