I read this book in the third trimester of my first pregnancy and was amazed at how life changing and transformative it truly was for me. I carried the tools and things I learned and worked through throughout my labor, birth, and postpartum.

This book contains powerful healing and transformational tools that takes you deep into soul level work as you prepare for your labor and birth. I would love to do this work with you and hold space for you on your journey in creating a sacred, spiritual, and transformative pregnancy.

We will be meeting weekly for 10 weeks on zoom with an intimate group of women also committed to transforming during this journey of pregnancy and motherhood. Wherever you are in your pregnancy, trust your intuition and if you feel called to join us, we are starting March 4th. There is a pay in full and payment plan option available.

This includes: The book sent to you, 10 live zoom calls where we will discuss the book, meditation and breath work, light movement, vocal toning and chanting, activities in the book, and other spiritual transformative practices for a sacred pregnancy, weekly check ins and a private WhatsApp group to stay connected, access to all replays and content for life.
